William M. McGuffage is a member of the Illinois Bar. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University and The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Prior to joining Fitzgerald Law Group, P.C. he was associated with the law offices of William M. Dart, Ltd.

From 1983 to 1994 he served as legislative counsel to both Illinois Attorney Generals’ Hartigan and Burris. Mr. McGuffage is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Chicago Area Public Affairs Group and the Illinois State Bar Association.

His areas of expertise are Specific Objections in the Circuit Court, Tax Exemptions, Tax Incentives and Condemnation.
